Title: Construction Manager
Type: Full-time
Travel: To and from assigned sites in the Philadelphia and Northern NJ Market
Location(s): PA or NJ
Description: Construction manager responsibilities shall include performing site walks, assist with Building Permit acquisition and NTP requirements, preparing BOMS, ordering materials, managing subcontractors, tracking milestones and billables, coordination of utilities, performing punchwalks and coordination and/or preparation of closeouts for the construction of all types of telecommunications facilities.
Qualifications: 5-7 years minimum construction experience in the telecommunications industry, proficient computer skills and good project tracking and people skills.
Job Description
Title: CAD Operator
Type: Full-time
Travel: Not required
Location(s): PA or NJ
Description: Draft and design telecommunication facilities, and structural plans using Computer Aided Designs. CAD Operators are responsible for providing preliminary plans to contractors for review and approval. They must work autonomously to produce high quality results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Arts or Associate Degree in CAD related field is preferred
• 2 years minimum engineering experience in the telecommunications industry
• Applicable CAD experience a MUST
• Mastery of AutoCAD software
• Knowledge of building codes/dissemination of blueprints
